(A) Winner selection, announcement, and prize fulfillment will be carried out after the conclusion of the Contest at the Organiser’s discretion. The winner may be notified via phone call, SMS or email, or the winner’s name may be announced on Kay’s Steak & Lobster’s website.

(A) Participants irrevocably consent to NCSB’s use of their names, photographs, video recordings, testimonials and other materials (“Media Materials”) for marketing and promotional purposes in any format, medium or platform, without additional compensation.

(A) NCSB reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner, including requiring the presentation of original identification documents. NCSB has the discretion to withhold or revoke the Prize if NCSB found any fraudulent claims, or non-compliance with this T&C.

(A) NCSB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, cancel, or suspend the Contest at any time without prior notice and without any liability, in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure, technical failures, tampering or fraud.

(A) NCSB shall not be liable for any losses, injuries, damages, defects, malfunctions, or issues arising from the acceptance and use of the Prize. Any warranty claims, servicing, or maintenance required for the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
