This Campaign organised by Nasaa Capital Sdn. Bhd. (“NCSB”) to win a BMW X1 (“Prize”) is open to all customers who meet the participation criteria set by NCSB during the period from 1 August 2025 to 31 January 2026 (“Contest Period”) (“Contest”). To be eligible to win the Prize, participants must fulfil the following conditions:

(A) The Contest is open only to all Malaysian citizens aging above eighteen (18) years old.
(B) The Contest is only valid during the Contest Period.
(C) Participants must spend a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia Four Hundred (RM400.00) in one single receipt at any Kay’s Steak & Lobster outlet during the Contest Period.
(D) After payment, participants will receive a dual-part slip featuring a QR code. The participant must follow the steps as follows:

(i) Retain one part of the slip,
(ii) Staple it to the original receipt
(iii) Deposit the slip and original receipt into the submission box available at the outlet.
(E) Participants must also scan the QR code, complete the online form with their required details, and submit both the voucher number and the corresponding receipt number.
(F) Participants may submit multiple entries, provided each entry is supported by a separate RM400.00 receipt. However, entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted after the Contest Period shall be disqualified at the sole discretion of NCSB.
(iv) All information including full name, identification number, phone number and any other detail as may be required by NCSB must be accurate.
(v) Employees of NCSB, its affiliated companies, and immediate family members of such employees (including spouses, children, parents, and siblings) are strictly prohibited from participating in the Contest.

The Participants agree and acknowledge that:

(A) The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other items.
(B) The Prize shall remain the property of NCSB. The winner will be granted a non-transferable and limited right to use the Prize for personal purposes for a period of three (3) years (“Possession Period”).
(C) NCSB will only cover the acquisition cost of the vehicle body of the Prize only. The Prize do not include the cost of maintenance, road tax, insurance premiums, transportation or any other incidental cost thereto, which shall be fully borne by the winner.
(D) NCSB reserves the right to modify or substitute the Prize at its discretion.
(E) NCSB reserves the right to place and display branding or marketing materials on the Prize at handover throughout the first year of the Possession Period (“Marketing Materials”). The winner may request the removal of such Marketing Materials after one year.
(F) The winner shall not remove, conceal, alter or cause any damage to such Marketing Materials. The winner shall also immediately notify KSL if the Marketing Materials are damaged, detached or otherwise affected in any way.

(A) Prize fulfillment shall be completed within four (4) weeks from the last day of the Contest. The winner may be notified via phone call, SMS or email, or the winner’s name may be announced on Kay’s Steak & Lobster’s website.

(A) Participants irrevocably consent to NCSB’s use of their names, photographs, video recordings, testimonials and other materials (“Media Materials”) for marketing and promotional purposes in any format, medium or platform, without additional compensation.

(A) NCSB reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner, including requiring the presentation of original identification documents. NCSB has the discretion to withhold or revoke the Prize if NCSB found any fraudulent claims, or non-compliance with this T&C.

Termination

(A) NCSB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, cancel, or suspend the Contest at any time without prior notice and without any liability, in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure, technical failures, tampering or fraud.
